We have an exciting new role as a Senior OTA focusing on work through transformation and the long term plan.

You will have a focus on rehabilitation and work to deliver treatment plans, with support and direction from the Clinical Specialist OT, Primary Care Mental Health Team and the PCMHT service manager.

We are working together over primary, secondary and Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSEs) to make a greater positive impact on the health and lives of groups and communities of people living with mental ill-health across an age inclusive service.

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber (RDaSH) NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about co-production and working in mental health rehabilitation.

The postholder must have previous experience of working with service users who have severe and or enduring mental health or addiction issues.

The postholder will be based in the Rotherham locality, supporting the Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist, and wider community and inpatient multidisciplinary mental health teams initially, whilst the Primary Care Network Hubs are being developed.

The role will then embed into the hubs as services transform. We are seeking someone who is able to support and grow the pathway, as the role develops through transformation.
