The firm has experienced exponential growth over the last 3 years, head count has increased from 128 to 207 and plans are to increase by 45 within the next 12 months.

Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Legal Administrator to join our client.

Our company is a well-established legal firm with a reputation for providing high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients.

As a Legal Administrator, youwill play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and ensuring that our clients receive excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of all aspects of client files, from inception to closure
  • Preparation and formatting of correspondence and documents
  • Maintain accurate documentation and electronic filing
  • Coordination of client billing
  • Financial housekeeping of client files
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Diary management, organizing meetings, facilitating travel and accommodation
  • Adhoc administrative tasks, as and when required

Profile

  • Previous experience in a professional services or legal environment is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience in administration is essential
  • Computer literate

Job Offer
