    Caravan Sales Manager

    We are recruiting a Customer Focused *Caravan* *Sales Manager* to fill this exciting role working for a *Caravan Dealership* in the *North Dorset *area.

    We are looking for someone with proven Sales Manager experience with the ability to coach, lead and motivate the team around you.

    You will have customer service, retail and marketing experience, a good knowledge of social media and be a competent, confident communicator, in person, on the telephone and written.

    A knowledge of the Caravan and Motorhome industry is beneficial but not essential as we will offer you extensive training, together with all the help and support you need to fulfil your potential.

    However if you are a customer focused sales person from another industry with an interest in our products we would like to hear from you.

    "Manufacturer and customer relationship management

    • Through prospecting and accurate data collection, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and Internet enquiries you will be developing Customer Relationships through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
    • Taking responsibility for marketing our stock on the forecourt and online platforms as well as identifying other marketing opportunities
    • Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and achieving GPs and 'add on products'
    *Holds a valid UK driver's license.
    40 hours a week. 5 days in 7 including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
    Free on-site parking, Team and individual incentives, 23 days holiday (Increasing with service) Uniform provided.
