Classroom Assistant - Beaconsfield
We have a great opportunity to join a fantastic primary school in the Beaconsfield area. The role will be working as a Classroom Assistant to support children with their learning and development. This is a full time role from Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm to start in September 2023.


To be considered for this role as a Classroom Assistant you must have some form of recent experience working with children, where a reference can be obtained, ideally in a professional environment.


The Role:


  • As a Classroom Assistant you will work with students to support their learning and development
  • Working in group and 1:1 settings to support children with learning difficulties
  • Help pupils with SEN to ensure they are on track with their targets
  • To promote a welcoming and relaxed classroom climate where everyone feels secure, confident and able to achieve their full potential
  • Prepare classes and learning materials alongside the class teacher

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Classroom Assistant is ideal but working with children in some form of capacity is essential
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm as a Classroom Assistant
  • Available immediately to work as a Classroom Assistant
  • Either live in Slough or be within a commutable distance
  • Be comfortable working with SEN children

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
