Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week.
You must have the right to work in the UK, interviews to be held on site prior to starting.

RequirementsReporting directly to Production Manager18 months experience in a GRC/Precast manufacturing facility is essential.
Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand cast-in elements and measurements.
Health and Safety driven individual with the ability to lead a safe and efficient process.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for a team of employees and putting them to work on a daily basis. Coaching, development and training of existing and new members of staffHands on operations and leading from exampleEnsuring quality standards are met at all timesEnsuring safe systems of work are put in place and managed daily for all production processesEnsuring all orders are completed in a timely manner
