Support in the evaluation of DHCW's assessment processes to ensure that we recruit the best fit for our organization.
Collaborate with and support appointing managers to devise effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals.
Contribute to our employer branding efforts to attract talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Stay uptodate with recruitment trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our recruitment processes.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
