  • Support in the evaluation of DHCW's assessment processes to ensure that we recruit the best fit for our organization.
  • Collaborate with and support appointing managers to devise effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Contribute to our employer branding efforts to attract talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Stay uptodate with recruitment trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our recruitment processes.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
