An exciting opportunity has arisen within Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), to join the Operational Services Development (OSD) Team (Operations Directorate).

If so, we're recruiting a Project Support Officer who will be involved in the successful delivery of the Data Centre Two Transition (DC2T) Project to an exceptional standard and quality.

This role will be an initial 12-month secondment and fulfil some key responsibilities within the attached job description.


The post holder will be required to have business / project admin experience and knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects to provide efficient and effective support to the various demands arising within the team.


Key responsibilities will include supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop standards and processes to enable the successful delivery of projects managed within the team that are aligned to the wider organisation's strategic goals.


Other responsibilities will include diary management and coordination of meetings, agenda planning, board planning, project work planning, producing high quality formal minutes, communications, reports and supporting project workstreams as the delegated lead.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
