You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to systems and technology, business processes, and organisation structures.

You will take the initiative, working autonomously to maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders, understanding training needs to develop concise and engaging training/eLearning (using Camtasia, Articulate StoryLine and M365/Adobe), while adapting training approaches as appropriate.

The successful applicant will need to use their expertise and knowledge to:

  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate eLearning and support materials for DHCW and the wider NHS Wales.
  • Provide business change expertise to implement DHCW systems/ other IT projects and make sure that the highest standards of business needs are met by the systems implemented.
  • Ensure that effective communication and training takes place to end users.
  • Document business processes in association with clinicians and non clinicians when implementing systems and facilitate change work as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is part of the NHS Wales family and has an important role in changing the way health and care services are delivered through technology and data.
