UE03 £21,978 to £22,681 per annum pro-rata (A revised salary range for this grade of £22,214 to £24,248 pro-rata is planned to take effect from Spring 2024)

Guaranteed Hours - minimum 20 hours per year

Open Ended (permanent)
We are looking for Examinations Invigilators to support the University's in-person examination service.


The Opportunity:


With around 1,200 exams and 100,000 student sittings across two main examination diets, December (2 weeks) and May (4 weeks) the role of invigilator is crucial as part of ensuring the successful and secure delivery of the examination diet.

Supporting the designated Senior Invigilator, you will be able to demonstrate:


  • Experience of working within a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with other invigilators and students
  • Good customer service experience is required, to assist in dealing with students and staff
  • Experience of working within guidelines and following procedures
  • Demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills
