Your New Role


Are you an experienced HR Generalist seeking to advance your career in a global setting? Ready to transition into an advisory role? We have an exciting opportunity for you Join our team as People Advisor and support People function by managing various HR activities such as employee engagement, relations, attendance, disciplinary procedures, performance management, and onboarding.


This is a very hands-on role and a great opportunity to develop yourself and build on your experience and skills.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Contributes to the drafting of transactional HR processes and tools within own area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies and external legal requirements
  • Resolve incidents and queries from internal customers by providing advice on complex employee relations processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy
  • Develop and assist with Global harmonisation projects e.g; Gender Pay Gap, Employee workplace wellbeing strategy, Salary Benchmarking and Bonus structures, Job evaluation, succession planning and benefits management
  • Delivers complex analyses of HR data; identifies key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
  • Provides advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual Employee Relations cases; supports managers at formal hearings
  • Carries out complex HR data processing tasks; advises colleagues when needed and uses expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria
- **CIPD Qualification L3 or above

  • Experience dealing with complex employer relations in a unionised environment
  • Excellent HRIS knowledge and analytical skills
  • Confident and strong minded with excellent judgement skills to know when to push back or drive
  • Excellent MS Office skills particularly in Excel
