We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as a Customer Welcome Host at
London St Pancras station.


About the role
As a Customer Welcome Host, you will work on our gatelines; ensuring customers are travelling on the correct ticket.

Customer Welcome Hosts can often be the first point of contact for customers and provide them with help and information.

Customer Welcome Hosts also play an important part in security searches of the station too.

Key responsibilities of the role include;

  • Greeting customers at the gate and directing them to where they're going
  • Checking customer train tickets as they pass through the gate
  • Delivering outstanding levels of service to our customers, always
  • Providing customers with advice and guidance as necessary
  • Supporting on the platform when required to assist passengers
