About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC as a Senior Executive in our Hospitality Account Management team.

You will manage seasonal and match day hospitality, always ensuring a high satisfaction rate.

Your focus will be in the lounges in our new Anfield Road stand as well as, supporting the wider team.


What will you be doing?


To make daily outbound calls to seasonal members in line with the departments KPI's and develop strong relationships with seasonal hospitality members.

Continue to build and develop relationships by arranging meetings with key accounts on matchday and pre and post fixture.

Take inbound sales and have a good knowledge of the hospitality packages available throughout the season.

Receive inbound calls from match day bookers to assist with any ticketing queries and requests leading up the fixtures.

Liaise with the operations team to manage the seasonal lounges and members. Including numbers, dietary requests, and other additional requirements.

Manage the communication to seasonal members and match day bookers around any fixture changes.

Log and track all seasonal hospitality members activity on Sales Force.


Manage the renewal process for seasonal members, reviewing contract types and lengths and ensuring invoices are raised and payment schedules adhered too.


Continue to develop seasonal member's matchday experiences by working with the operations team throughout the year to develop and review the hospitality offering.

Work match days, assisting with the operation and member enquiries.


Who are we looking for?


To be successful in this role, you will have excellent time management skills and able to work towards KPIs and meet targets that are set for you.

You will have a high level of client service and be confident in building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a part of a great team of employees and will need to be able to work a part of a team and support others when needed.


This position involves working with computer systems and you must be confident on a computer as well as understanding a ticketing system to ensure a smooth process on match day and avoid any delays.

Experience in a similar environment such as sports, entertainment/ venues or a hospitality setting would be beneficial for this position.
