Central Bristol. Recruiting for
Administrators on
full time, permanent contracts.

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5.00pm
Main purpose of role:
Duties:
Develop positive internal and external relationships
Deliver excellent customer services outcomes through completion of processes
Provide information, reports and guidance on request
Take ownership of investigating and solving clients problems whilst liaising with other areas of our business and 3rd party providers
Production of routine reporting to the Financial Crime Team
Recording and escalating material breaches
Client data amendments
Identification and resolution of issues
Required Skills & Competencies:
Competent IT user - Microsoft Office essential
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
Customer service orientated
Ensures a high level of professionalism is maintained at all times
