Currently recruiting for a Temporary Client Reporting Administrator to work within the busy Operations Team of a leading Financial Services company until the end of December month FTC.


  • Support with the reconciliation of data between core systems.
  • Assist with managing distribution of electronic data to third parties.
  • Manage small client reporting projects, enhancements or bug fixes whilst liaising with other departments and third parties.
  • Answer queries on client reports and liaise with Investment Managers and IT
  • Perform data analysis for reporting purposes.
  • Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong numeracy, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to cope in highpressure environments
  • Professional and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, maintaining accuracy
  • Clientfocused and positive cando attitude
  • Organised and able to prioritise workloads with effective time management skills
  • Previous administration experience preferably within financial services essential
