CMA are partnering with a family owned construction business based in Havant, Hampshire to recruit and experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to work within a friendly collaborativeSME environment.

You will take a lead role within the finance team reporting to the Finance Director and leading on all finance related activities.


What will the Finance Manager role involve?

  • Production of Management accounts with Commentary to include balance sheet reconciliations, P&L, Accruals and Prepayments;
  • Line Management responsibility for two junior members of the finance team;
  • Lead of all tax queries including VAT submissions;
  • Payroll including CIS submissions;
  • Lead on yearly Audit process and assist with Statutory accounts submission;
  • Other ad hoc Finance Duties.
  • Previous experience in a varied finance role including the production of management accounts;
  • Line management experience is strongly preferred;
  • AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA studier;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication;
  • Previous experience in Sage would be a bonus.
