A great opportunity has risen for an outgoing and enthusiastic Supporter Care Officer to join our Supporter Care team to support the delivery of our ambitious 5-year strategy.

We want to ensure that our supporters and beneficiaries are at the forefront of everything the charity seeks to accomplish.

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs.

We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime.

We also campaign for clean air and for better NHS diagnosis and treatment.

You will provide engaging and empathetic care to our donors as well as look for opportunities across the organisation to promote the value and potential of the team by seeking opportunities to provide donor insights and offering a supporter-led perspective on organisation-wide projects.

You will have excellent customer service skills, a strong working knowledge of programs including Word, Excel, and customer database systems.

You will have a keen eye for detail and have experience of problem solving using your own initiative.

You will interact with colleagues at all levels across the organisation and have a great opportunity to develop your knowledge across a wide range of disciplines.
