    Job Title: Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

    We are on the hunt for a highly motivated individual to join our amazing residential sales team in Leytonstone. As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator at Bairstow Eves, here's why you should jump on board:

    Role Overview: The main responsibilities include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. Additionally, you will be maximizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch's Mortgage Advisor.



    Requirements:

    • Preferably an experienced salesperson
    • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
    • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
    • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
    • A full UK driving licence and access to your vehicle
