Located at our client's headquarters in Central London, the Facilities Coordinator role is integral to overseeing and managing all aspects of workplace services and teams.
Effective communication is at the heart of this role, fostering collaboration between service line teams and maintaining strong connections with our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the central point of local contact for our Facilities Workplace service delivery, and ownership of efficient response/solutions to enquiries
- Post and courier workflow management
- Control of internal office supplies, stationery etc
- Ensuring Site Inductions are carried out, and documented, with new joiners
- Produce and manage all staff/visitor ID access cards for the site
- Event coordination, and Room Bookings management
- First line management for Facilities Workplace Team and services based on site e.g. Hospitality, Cleaning, Front of House
- Supporting Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) and Regional Operations Manager with HR processes
- Responsible for Fire Safety Management (with training provided)
- Attendance at site HS&E & Security forum meetings and owning Minutes/Actions/Tracker
- Liaise with Maintenance on a regular basis monitoring PPM's for the site including any reactive maintenance/repair work

- A keen eye for detail, on both documentation & processes, and our Workplace fabric and environment
- Able to communicate and interact with client and team members at all levels, providing and delivering solution
- An aptitude for identifying fresh approaches and a willingness to question traditional assumptions
- Team player, with Team Building skills
- Experience of Leading a Team
