Nottingham Auditory Implant Programme is an ever growing service that requires support of a Waiting List / Outpatient Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term/secondment opportunity.


The role is full-time based at Ropewalk House Campus, working Monday to Friday with the core office hours covering 8am - 430pm.

Main duties of the job

This is a fairly small administration team and roles are varied.

You will be expected to take on a wide variety of administrative functions and provide cover for the tasks of your colleagues.

You will therefore need to be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work and committed to providing a first class patient experience.

Qualifications:

Essential criteria

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent including GCSE English & Maths (C)
  • NVQ Level 4 in administration or simular
Experience

Essential criteria

  • Excellent IT and Keyboard Skills
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Experience of Medway / Notis


  • Understanding NHS Targets

  • RTT / monitoring waiting lists
  • Organisational skills / work prioritisation / working to deadlines
  • Working to High Standard / attention to detail
Desirable criteria

  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

NUH will scan your ID and right to work documentation in to the Trust ID system at your face to face ID appointment.

The system will run a check against the key security features within your documentation.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
