- Must be experienced in Steel Erecting
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Working on site, at heights
- Be able to assist in other areas when needed.
- Happy to work away from home when needed.
- Have a CSCS Steel Erector Card
- Slinger/signaller (training can be provided)
- CPCS Plant Operator Card or IPAF for MEWPS Operator card
- Preassemble and erection of structural steelwork at low and high heights
- Sling loads
- Signal and work with cranes
- Using high level equipment e.g. Mobile Operating Platforms
- Review technical drawings
- Cutting and shaping Steel
- Operating hand tools
- Installing and fixing together steel girders, pipework and beam sections
