Reed Accountancyare partneringwith an established client in the local area who are seeking an immediately available
Accounts Payable Controller to join their small team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance this role will be solely responsible for the processing and payment of invoices.


Duties will include:


  • Maintaining AP mailbox
  • Coding, processing and querying invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Producing reports

Requirements:


  • Solid AP experience and able to hit the ground running
  • Previous Sage experience
  • Able to manage own workload and be self sufficient
  • Strong IT and communication skills
This role is 100% office based but there is plenty of free parking on site - car driver essential.
