Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dependable and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our squad.
Being the initial point of contact for our firm, you'll have a vital role in fostering a positive and inviting ambiance for our guests and visitors.
This role requires full-time commitment with competitive compensation.Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and receive guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate individuals
- Offer general administrative assistance, such as overseeing meeting room reservations, providing support during meetings with refreshments and supplies
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized
- Arrange appointments and manage schedules
- Aid in various clerical duties as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office supplies inventory and reorder when needed
Skills:
- Proficient in office software with strong administrative abilities
- Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Keen attention to detail and precision in data entry and record maintenance
- Polished phone manners with excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies
- Fast and accurate typing skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
