Are you passionate about ensuring people get the right help at the right time? Do you have experience of working with people in emotional distress?

  • If this sounds like you, you may be the person we are looking for We are seeking a Recovery and Wellbeing Worker to work in our Crisis Safe Space provision in Frome.
  • The Crisis Safe Space in Frome operates three nights per week on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5.30pm 11:30pm. We provide a safe, welcoming, comfortable place for people experiencing acute emotional distress to receive the support they need. We also work with our Open Mental Health partners to seek further support as required. Additional hours may be available within our Glastonbury and Sedgemoor Crisis Safe Space service

  • You will need to:
  • Have experience supporting people with complex needs, including mental health
  • Be a great communicator
  • Be great at building trust with those you work with
  • Be able to travel to and from Frome
