What does our Wealth department do?

M&G Wealth is an end to end Wealth Management business providing advice, platform, technical support and investment solutions to our clients.

We believe that wealth is more than money. It's not just what you have, but what you can do with it.

It's choice, knowledge,peace of mind and doing the right thing by you, for those we love and the world we all share.

We are helping to close the advice gap through making advice available to more people through a range of advice solutions.

We offer solutions to customers that meettheir needs and offer value for money. We aim to make it easy for customers and advisers to deal with us.

What you can expect from our Internship Programme
The programme consists of an 8 week immersive dive into the world of M&G, starting on 19 June 2023.

We are focused on developing you professionally, as well as building your technical skills, through real, value-add work and learning sessions hosted by ourexperienced professionals.

Your induction will give you a grounding of who we are, our strategy, and customers & clients before you move into your dedicated team for the rest of your time with us.

Being based in the same team for the duration of the programme will give you an in-depthof knowledge of your business area, and help you to build lasting relationships with your colleagues.

Another important part of your internship is building your network, so each intern will be allocated a buddy from our graduate cohort, and will also havethe opportunity to attend networking and social events during your time here.


What will you be doing?

You will be working on your own projects, getting involved in team meetings, and encouraged to present your own views and ideas during your time here.

Interns at M&G Plc make valuable contributions to the teams they work in and will be involved in a varietyof tasks:


  • Supporting our customers or sales process
  • Understanding how our products are designed and developed based on the needs of our clients
  • Being part of the project management lifecycle to ensure we continue to develop based on the needs of M&G Wealth and its clients


We will work with you during the recruitment process to align your strengths and preferences with our teams to find you the most suitable placement.

To do this, we follow a four stage process:


  • Submit your CV Application
  • Complete your Online Assessments
  • Complete a Video Interview
  • Attend one of our Assessment Centres

Who are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:


  • Expected graduation date of 2024, with an expected grade of 2:1 or above.
  • Available to start the programme on 19 June 202
  • Right to Work in the UK we are unable to provide sponsorship for our internship programmes.


We regularly host and attend events around the UK where you can speak to managers, and current graduates, about what it's like to join one of our schemes.
