Job Description:

We are looking for an award-winning, client-facing CD to lead the work across the BT/EE account.

A proven creative with a strong pedigree who understands digital and direct channels and has the ambition to push for work that breaks the mould.

As well as leading by example on the biggest briefs they will be able to work closely with more junior creatives to raise the work and nurture a strong team.

A positive, collaborative team player who is able to work well with other disciplines such as strategy and tech, and also with other creative leads from our partner agencies such as Saatchi.

As an exciting new account with lots of ambition we are setting the creative bar high - innovation and awards is the expectation.

Qualifications:

Must have good experience on big brands and a strong portfolio of work covering:
Ideas, ideas, ideas. Good conceptual thinking across different channels
Telecoms or tech brand experience.
Customer engagement campaign experience
Strong client facing skills developing good relationships and selling in good work
Good at nurturing more junior teams to raise their game.
A passion for creativity that goes handinhand with tech and innovation.
