We are looking for a
Project Administrator, to assist the project delivery team on one of our large projects in Battersea administration tasks.


This role will be
fixed term for the duration of the project which is estimated to be
3 to 5 months, but could potentially be extended.

With this role we would require an
Immediate Start.


The work will be undertaken primarily from the client site in Battersea but on occasion this may extend to our London office in Farringdon.


What you'll be doing as our Project Administrator:

  • Placement and progress chasing of supplier purchase orders in line with the company authorisation matrix
  • Scheduling of technical resources with the resourcing team
  • Coordination of deliveries to project locations
  • Chasing and collation of progress reports from project stakeholders
  • Input of timesheet data for all project contract personnel
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as and when required
  • Coordination, management and minutetaking of client and internal meetings
  • Control and management of material stock sheets and asset lists
  • Control and management of onsite tester records and calibration
  • Administration of customer documentation portals (Document uploads and downloads)
  • Administration of all project H&S/Quality documentation
  • Spelling, grammar checking and formatting of project documentation when requested
  • Compilation of reports/records as and when required
  • Obtaining small quotations and product leadtimes

What we're looking for in our Project Coordinator:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy Admin role
  • Previous experience in supporting a project team is preferred
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent use of Microsoft products; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong personality
  • Immediate start date is required.
