Due to the growing demands of our clients, we have a requirement for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Cabling Installer.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with the largest IT network infrastructure solutions company across Ireland and the UK, and be part of some exciting projects including large multinational companies.

Previous experience will be advantageous, however, training will be provided.

What you'll be doing as our Data Cabling Installer:

Pulling Cables (Cat 6, 6a, Copper Cable, Fibre Optic Mulitcore)
Installation of cabinets & Racks
Cable terminations and testing using Fluke
Marking up drawings 'As Builts'
Fault finding
Taking ownership for areas/small sites, delegating tasks to assistant installers
Progression & compliance reporting to Engineer/ Contracts Manager
Client Communication, updates & feedback

System Integration

IP Connectivity, AV & other 'Active' Digital Solutions

What we're looking for in our Data Cabling Installer:

Experience of termination and testing of Cat6, 6a, Cat 7 or Fibre Optic Installations
CSR Card and Driving Licence Required
Ability to Distinguish between colours, manual dexterity, basic literacy and numeracy
Ability to work safely at Heights (Minimum working height of 3m)
Hardworking, flexible attitude to types of work, location and hours
Experience of running data cabling installations on site desirable
