The Onnec DQ Administrator will ensure any conflicts preventing tasks being completed to agreed timescales are brought to the attention of the relevant party as soon as possible.

The Onnec DQ Administrator is responsible for proactively checking data accuracy daily and managing any issues that become apparent to resolution in order to achieve data accuracy for the client.

The DQ Administrator will be responsible for escalation and client expectation management in the event of system issues.

What you'll be doing as our DQ Administrator:

  • Daily checking desk utilisation for all client Onnec dQ Sites, to ensure data feed imports / exports, Collector status and Utilisation trends, speed of response etc.
  • Author a weekly report to include by site: issues, enhancements, drawing updates & refurb projects effecting data accuracy and ensuring SLAs are achieved.
  • Monitoring Onnec dQ and ImVision system error logs and flagging to an ImVision technical resource any system outages.
  • Client interface for updates and expectation management for technical outages for either Onnec dQ, ImVision or related systems.
  • Regularly review with the Onnec dQ team and client system floorplans and heatmaps to ensure ongoing data accuracy.
  • To manage a schedule of site checks to be performed by the wider support teams in order to proactively ensure site accuracy.
  • Providing the required support to the client's Property Management Team, proactively develop and explore system expansion and further opportunities for the toolset and Onnec i.e., proactively market internally within the client environment.
  • Review with the client system enhancement and development and subsequent liaison with the Onnec dQ Product Manager

  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Manage Onnec dQ Client support and holiday approval / cover with the wider team.
  • Provide customer support answering planning enquiries by telephone, in person
- manage the Onnec dQ fault process.

  • Assist with developer support scheduling and specification development, design and delivery.
  • Developing innovative cuttingedge reports for workplace utilisation.
  • Keep up to date with relevant industry standards and practices.
  • Provide administrative support via the Intranet, Internet and traditional methods.
  • Provide Client help with the preparation of reports.
  • Undertake appropriate training and continuing professional development as required.
  • Be aware of and adhere to client guidelines for change control in order to post system updates or enhancements and to act as a focal point for such works
  • Carry out all duties whilst adhering to the regulations within client environment.
  • The DQ Administrator is expected to carry out, in addition to the already mentioned duties, any other duties reasonably expected with the general level of the role.
  • Provide backup assistance to the ImVision support team and cabling support teams.
  • Run and create SQL queries on demand.
  • Input to dQ monthly governance reporting.

What we're looking for in our DQ Administrator:

_QUALIFICATIONS_

  • Highlevel of education required, either Degree or Technical Qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident.
  • Good english language, oral and written.
  • Network engineering experience/qualification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Infrastructure Management systems.
  • Database and Microsoft Excel Skills (advanced).
  • CAD familiarity an advantage.
  • Selfmotivated & determined.
  • Ability to work and communicate at all levels.
  • Tableau & Power Bi expertise.

_EXPERIENCE_

  • Experience of administration duties.
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Network engineering experience/ qualification is desirable.
  • Strong computer literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook As well as SQL.
