We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a fab, fast expanding company

As a Customer Service Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and the wider internal team
- Handling stage one inbound/outbound client and partner calls
- Communicating with B2B clients to obtain missing information
- Data interrogation, analysis and quality validation checks
- Data processing and input with the use of Excel
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who has the following skills and experiences:
- 2 to 3 years' experience as a Customer Service Executive or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective planning and problemsolving skills, and a passion for customer service
- Efficient time management skills and prioritising a high volume, varied workload
- Customer Service Executive skills include solid IT skills, experience using Google workspace, Word, Excel
In return, the successful Customer Service Executive with receive a salary of £23,000-£26,000 plus excellent company benefits including:
