Are you looking to be part of a fun and energetic team? A great opportunity to be part of the CV formatting team here at Search

As a member of the CV processing team you will be responsible for formatting CV's to meet the requirements of our consultants, so if you have a keen eye for detail and love a fast paced, busy environment this is the role for you

In this role it's all about the team. The team work together to make everyday as enjoyable as possible while completing tasks to the best standard.

As part of the CV team some of the duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Answering and directing switchboard calls
  • Using IT skills to correctly format and redistribute CV's
  • Typing CV's using the Search template
To complete the role effectively some of the skills required are:

  • IT literate confident in using the Microsoft office packages especially word and excel
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organisational skills


Full training is provided so although previous administration is desirable it's not essential, here at Search the right personality fit is always our priority.

This role does come with a wide range of benefits, some of which includes 22 days holiday + bank holidays, a Monday to Friday working pattern and a rotational early finish on a Friday
