  • Currently looking to strengthen their End User sales team with the recruitment of a high calibre Account Manager.
  • Outstanding position for someone seeking Kudos and recognition in the business.
  • Full pneumatic product training provided.

The Role:


  • Sales Engineering role focussing on people who use pneumatics.
  • Largely Account Management.
  • Typical sectors are Food, Automotive, Machine Tools, Life Science, Factory Automation.
  • Managing approx 100 accounts.
  • Largely account management targeting large end users such as JLR, Greggs and Mondelez.
  • Typically you are selling a value proposition and it is important to sell the right proposition to the right person in the account.
- £42k-£47k plus 25% Bonus, Audi, Pension, Healthcare.

  • Currently looking to hire in the West Midlands region due to a retirement.

The Ideal Person:


  • Mechanical Engineering qualification.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Not afraid to get hands on and work with engineers on site.
  • Previous field sales experience of engineering products.
  • Worked with large production clients selling components.
  • Able to sell a value proposition.
  • Able to deal with all levels within a manufacturer.
