Description

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers inperson to provide information about products or services
  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and upselling additional products
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Experience:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £24,422.87 per year
