Description

Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyse customer needs to recommend suitable products or services
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience

Experience:


  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions

Pay:
From £23,868.00 per year
