CONFERENCE AND EVENTS ASSISTANT
Bringing an upbeat positive attitude, and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively, as the
CONFERENCE AND EVENTS ASSISTANT you will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and have exceptionally good administration skills.
This role requires close working relationships with the Event Sales Manager and Banqueting Managers and a person who is used to working to tight deadlines in a fast pace environment.
The role will consist of...
- Day to day operations of events happening
- Set up and clear down for the events
- Ensuring conference rooms/areas are up to the highest standards
- Informing management of faulty equipment or low stock
- Meeting and Greeting with organizers to ensure the event runs smoothly
