- Prepare and oversee work schedules

Who We Are
We extend a remarkable opportunity to a passionate and enthusiastic General Manager to work at our renowned Chop Bar & Grill in Glasgow. Chop Bar & Grill, a Canadian company, originated in Edmonton, Alberta back in 2006. Since our inception, we have expanded to 16 locations nationwide. The journey continued with the launch of the inaugural UK Chop Bar & Grill in Aberdeen in 2018, further expanding to Glasgow in 2023.

Requirements:
As the General Manager, your role involves overseeing the operational efficiency and financial success of the restaurant. Your duties encompass planning, organizing, and coordinating all restaurant resources and operations, which includes target setting, goal attainment, and cost management. Additionally, you will play a part in recruitment, training, and mentoring the restaurant crew. You will report to the Regional Manager and supervise all personnel at your site, including Restaurant Managers and Assistant General Manager.
