Harrisons Recruitment is currently working with a specialist Executive Search and Leadership coaching firm located in Victoria who are looking to expand by bringing on the best up and coming talent within the industry.

They're looking for proven Recruitment consultants with the hunger to succeed and take the next step in their recruitment career.

They are currently a team of 20, and are looking to add to their headcount over the upcoming year.

Job Responsibility

In addition, you will support throughout the interview process, working closely with the lead Consultant on the project and the client directly, ensuring a world class service and experience.
Previous experience in the recruitment sector is required,
Languages are preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills
An eagerness to learn, a great deal of persistence,
A passion for working with people,
Good attention to detail
A desire to be your best self and do your best work.
Previous experience recruiting at a senior level internationally and or in a search environment is highly advantageous.
