    Description

    TheRole:

    • Developand build long term strategic client relationships through bothtelephone contact and facetofacemeetings
    • Obtain and gain afull understanding of client hiringrequirements
    • Identify and qualify suitablecandidates prior to submission
    • Generate qualifyand follow up business leads.
    • Develop maintainand leverage a network of Cyber Security professionals from both aclient and candidate perspective
    • Identifyopportunities for other Hamlyn Williams business units within yourclient base and crosssell our service offeringsaccordingly
    • Achievemonthly quarterly and annual sales and KPItargets

    ExperienceRequired:

    • AnEntrepreneurial approach to recruitment
    • 1018months 360 recruitment experience specifically in the Cybersecurity market would be Desireable. Experience working in anotherTech market essential as the transition will be a lot easier foryou.
    • Able to demonstrate the ability to hit andexceed targets.
    • Clear and strong communicationskills
    • The ability to demonstrate a proventrack record of generating business and makingplacements.
