- and we are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter/Regional Recruitment Partner to join the London office.


Who is leading our global operations?


As Managing Partner, Taraneh Azad who has a vital role in helping to build Systemiq as a resilient, agile, professional, trusting, and trusted organisation.

She is a proven leader, investment professional, and business architect with a long-standing career in financial services. She has worked around the world and is a multi-lingual, passionate team builder, and a people developer.


You will directly report into a longstanding and experienced Head of Recruitment-Michael Round-who has been working at Systemiq for the past 5 years and who has played an integral role in building up Systemiq globally.


Requirements:


  • Fully understand the needs of your respective hiring manager/Platforms and then collaborate with them to set strategies and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process across SYSTEMIQ's platforms and operations groups
  • Recruitment strategy to deliver against the regional projects and operations hiring plan
  • Provide regional Partner and Global Recruitment Partner analytics and reporting on recruitment results plus recommendations for continual improvement
  • Communicate and collaborate with the other regional recruitment partners for support during peak periods
  • Drive Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives in the region to expand our diverse pipeline, including neurodiversity and disability

Essential Qualifications / Experience

  • Business international level English both written and oral. Other European languages will be an advantage
  • 5 years solid 360 recruiting experience, including successful recruitment of experienced professionals in an agency/search firm or corporate environment.
  • Experience recruiting at all levels of an organization from entrylevel to senior management across a range of roles
  • Experience is up to date and relevant for building a regional recruitment strategy against business strategy
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office 365 experience, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
