Quality Assurance Officer
Our client, a leading supplier company in Tyrone, are in search of an experienced
Quality Assurance Officer to join their well
- established team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the production team to achieve the highest standards of product quality, safety and hygiene
- Monitoring and supervising quality assurance systems
- Ensuring production and packing staff accurately complete all agreed Quality records
- Carrying out GMP and systems audits, and quality checks as required and carrying out external audit preparation
- Maintaining supplier approval documentation
- Overseeing calibration of key equipment
- Maintaining documentation control
- Ensuring customer specifications and statutory regulations are met
- Maintaining records of customer complaints, supplier deficiencies and conducting investigations and reports
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of Level 3 food related qualification or equivalent is necessary
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Packages
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
