Reed Finance are delighted to be supporting one of our key clients in the not-for-profit sector to recruitment for a new Finance Business Partner opportunity.

Key Duties

Designing, developing and reviewing of business modelling to link with wider financial planning decisions
Providing financial and commercial insight and challenge current financial performance
Responsible for providing detailed analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies, providing constructive challenge where necessary
Preparing, consolidating, and presenting forecasts, budgets, and longerterm financial plans, working together with departments
Building collaborative relationships with directors, managers, and staff across Scottish Autism, and with relevant external partners to best serve the assigned departments and help develop the finance acumen of budget holders
Qualified Accountant
Excellent Communicator
Highly Analytical
Proven experience in Financial Planning & Budgeting
