Well, what about the team?:


We're looking for a UX/UI Project Coordinator to join our team at Bally's Interactive, who is eager learn the industry and turn that expertise into helping our teams create high quality designs across UX and UI.


Reporting to the Director of UX/UI, you will be confident in organizing UX/UI initiatives and supporting the implementation of the UX/UI process throughout the UX/UI team.

You will work closely alongside dedicated colleagues, primarily in UX/UI and UXR to deliver best in class experiences to the customer.


So, what will you be doing?:

  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring the UX/UI team has everything they need to succeed
  • Building timeline views of UX initiatives and communicate these to stakeholders, ensuring progress is tracked and clearly communicated
  • Gathering and understanding data across the projects and initiatives that you support to continuously improve
  • Facilitating meetings, stakeholder status updates and other workshops / meetings to support UX/UI delivery

  • Show strong organisational skills and take pride in your attention to detail
  • Show a passion for the UX & UI world
  • Be able to clearly communicate, manage expectations and confidently facilitate meetings
  • Possess an aptitude for problem solving, to ensure smooth delivery
