Description

We are currently looking for a administrative assistant who has excellent communication, organisational, customer service and time-management skills with a great telephone manner for a busy Welfare Hire Company.

You will need good multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to a high level of accuracy.

You will also need an excellent telephone manner with good problem-solving skills.


DUTIES

  • Processing rental off hire transactions into our rental system.
  • Confirming new hire transactions in our rental system.
  • Raising charges to customers for damages during rental period.
  • Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
  • Dealing with customers professionally and politely, while maximising sales
  • Use of Microsoft Applications & Inhouse systems for a very busy Hire Desk.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise work and perform under pressure in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and good problemsolving skills
  • Must be IT literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable and the ability to work well under pressure.

£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
