Helpdesk Operator - Salary £25,000 + great company Benefits

If you are a champion of service delivery and have helpdesk experience we would like to hear from you. This an ideal time to join our exceptional Team in Livingstone.

What will your day look like:
Key to the success of our Helpdesk Division is Team work and great collaboration.


As a Helpdesk Operator you will part of a motivated facilities management Team who provide excellent customer service through being the first point of contact for the contracts Team, you will be supporting our key University and Supported Living Contracts by providing administration and helpdesk support across the regions.

This role is central to our communications with Clients, Sub Contractors and suppliers

What we are looking for from you:

We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator who is a real Team player, this is of paramount importance to the role.

Along with strong administrative and organisational skills plus a natural ability to be deadline driven.

Experience of prioritising timescales for workload,
