Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a niche recruitment agency who is seeking an
Assistant to work alongside the
Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a part-time role, using your skills to recruit for entry to Head of Director roles alongside a lovely MD


This is offered as home based, but happy to attend client's office in Portsmouth for minimum 5 hours a week for catch ups (or when needed).


Key responsibilities:


  • Assist with all administration duties, including organising spreadsheets.
  • Respond to live job adverts, qualify applicants and format CVS
  • Deal with basic accounts, such as invoicing, credits, expenses etc
  • Set up templates on Excel

Personal requirements:


  • Must be well organised and completely selfmotivated.
  • Confident personality
  • Recruitment experience desirable, but client is happy to train.
  • Excellent administration skills are essential

Hours:
Minimum of 15 hours per week (can be completely flexible on days/times) up to 25 hours initially.


Salary:
£13 - £15 an hour (Again can be flexible for the right person)
