- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including shipping and receiving items.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Fill out relevant paperwork when taking deliveries
- General warehouse and manual handling where required
- Forklift operation (Loading and Unloading)
- Counterbalance FLT licence (Essential)
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Previous warehouse / manual handling experience
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks as required

Description
Abatec is currently looking for a Team Leader /Supervisor with a valid FLT licence for our client based in Weston-Super-Mare.
The Team Leader / Supervisor will work closely with the Logistics Manager with all elements of the Dispatch and Core/Yard functions.
Helping to check, process & transact incoming and outgoing goods in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, and within the agreed time frames of company KPI's.
