We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for an experiencedOffice Manager.

part time hours and more of a work-life balance moving forward, our client's friendly team in Bracknell have a great opportunity for you You will ensure the smooth running of the office, ensuring rules and regulations are met as well as assistingin project administration tasks.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Managing office accommodation, equipment, and management information systems
- Maintaining accurate records within an efficient and organised workspace
- Overseeing the Quality Management system (ISO 9001)
- Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers
- Responsible for both Quality and IT Security Management Systems
- Ensure all departments adhere to company rules and regulations
- Support all employees and suppliers, ensuring the workplace environment adopts high morale and profitability
Skills & experience for Office Manager position:
- Previous office management experience
- Ability to interpret data and information with ease
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary:£30,000 FTE

Hours:20 hours per week, 5 days a week (morning shifts)

- Hybrid working
