As a Royalty Admin Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that AWAL's high profile artists and labels receive their reporting in an accurate and transparent manner and you will be a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external client representatives.

What you'll do as a Royalty Admin Specialist:

• Provide support to Business Affairs and Senior Management for deal assessment and ongoing client royalty reporting analysis
• Provide accurate and insightful royalty reporting to our highprofile clients always with a drive to ensure fairness and clarity
• Collaborate with the Statement Distribution manager to produce timely Monthly, Quarterly & Semi-Annual Reporting and ensure the ongoing efficiency of the reporting process
• Setup and maintain Label, Artist and Third-Party payee accounts within our internal systems
• Work with catalogue teams to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding transition for artist with the objective to ensure reporting consistency within the client experience
• Assisting with audit research and analysis as required
• Lead contact for artist/labels with multilevel reporting requirements

Who you are

• You should have 46 years of experience within a royalty analysis/reportingbased role
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Must have advanced Excel skills with the ability to run complex formulas and Pivot Labels
• Great Organisation and time keeping traits
• The ability to work well under the pressure of regular deadlines and communicate effectively throughout both written and verbally
• Ability to present detailed numeric information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude throughout within this client facing role
