Joining the growing Kollective Neighbouring Rights team in London, you will report to the Manager, Distributions, and will support the Distribution team in data-matching processes required to enable accurate royalty payments to our clients.
You will be a highly organised and analytical person with a proactive mindset and a willingness to expand an understanding of the overall music business.
What you'll do as a Royalty Matching Assistant
- Match recordings, contributors and territories reported by the Collective Management Organisations to our internal database, to ensure accurate onward reporting to our clients.
- Collaborate with our international team to ensure efficient matching workflows.
- Work with our Repertoire Team to investigate catalogue discrepancies.
- Take ownership of various reports procured from our custombuilt systems.
- Additional ad hoc investigative tasks as needed.
Who you are
- You show meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and all other MS Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in running SQL scripts is advantage.
- Ability to work in a highpressure and timeconstrained environment with maximum focus.
- Comfortable working on repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
