Are you experienced in building and leading a high-performance internal performance marketing team? Do you have experience engaging stakeholders and building out clear acquisition and retention marketing strategies?
Join Alamy as their new Head of Marketing in this very exciting time for digital, with significant investment being made in technology and platforms to drive the business forward.
You will own the strategy, implementation, and optimisation across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels to drive acquisition and retention. You will be the creative driving force behind innovative marketing strategies to deliver against B2B and B2C commercialtargets.
In this highly commercial role, you will have the autonomy to evolve the marketing function, while managing of a team of 5.
Whilst highly analytical and data driven, the role is also creative with overall responsibility for the marketing strategy and brand experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Translating marketing objectives and strategies into KPIs and performance goals.
- Leading the strategic development and operational management of all performance marketing activity.
- Driving business growth and demand through new marketing channels.
- Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation.
- Managing traffic forecasting to inform the wider business.
- Ensuring best practice is achieved via Google, Facebook, and other parties.
- Identifying culture and future trends to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is fresh.
- Using data for reporting on marketing results, impact and recommendations for future action and investment.
- Improving conversion performance by inputting tools and technologies.
- Integrating with the channel strategy and collaboration on segmented approach for the target audience.

- Understanding of how to get the best out of performance marketing channels and eCommerce.
- Experienced in building a high performing marketing team.
- Good knowledge of campaign bestpractice and funnel optimisation.
- Experienced in driving regular exchange of insights and learnings.
- The ability to lead a hybridbased team.
- Experience advancing marketing strategies by collaborating with product, analytics, and technology teams.
- Deep understanding of GDPR and its implications on measurement.
- Confidence using PowerBI, Tableau, or other such reporting tools.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
