Are you an experienced Retention Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? Are you ready for a role that will encourage your entrepreneurial flair?


In this role with Alamy you will be accountable for the strategy, operational delivery, optimisation, and reporting on all retention and post purchase engagement campaigns, including ROI tracking for both leads and sales.

You'll use automation to improveoperational efficiencies and grow our bottom line by leading the development of our CRM life-cycle program roadmap.


What you'll be doing:


  • Audience segmentation and data mining on our current Customer base
  • Daytoday management and execution of the CRM and Customer engagement strategy.
  • Optimising landing pages and improving acquisition funnel conversion.
  • Working with data to identify insights.
  • Working with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve our goals.
  • Focusing on planning, executing, measuring, and analysing in equal measure.
  • Providing regular communication with stakeholders across the Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.

What we need from you:


  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Good understanding of campaign management tools and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ecommerce experience.
  • Great collaborating skills with both internal and external teams.
  • Experience in a similar role working on a global or international scale.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and its implications on measurements.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, or other such reporting tools.
  • Experience with AB testing.
